A plot with spectacular potential on the banks of the Menai strait. The architect introduced a high specification to make the most of the beautiful surroundings and no compromise on the quality of the building. 

Using a mix of modern and new construction methods cerrig was constructed whilst making use of as much local material and craftsmen as possible. 

The success of the building was highlighted by an award for 'Best new build in Anglesey 2018' by the LABC.
