Work begins on our new Head Office in Llangefni
A beautiful sunny day in January is an exciting day for OBR Construction as we start construction of our new offices and warehouse. Ideally located a short distance from the A55 and within the developing Llangefni industrial estate, this hope will give us an excellent base of operations. Our road map for the project is to setup a temporary office and be operating from the site by June 2020 while we work on the planning application. One planning has been accepted, we aim to start construction of the new offices immediately. We are beyond excited to be staying in Llangefni, which has served us well as our base for the past three years. Having already an excellent local workforce from the area and the ideal location to service not only Anglesey, but the North West and beyond - we hope this will be a great benefit to us and our clients.
We hope to work closely with the Coleg Llandrillo Menai who are a short walk from our site, and build upon our apprenticeship scheme to employ more local tradesmen and help mentor in the next generation of skilled workers into the area.
